Upgrading from earlier versions

From Cardbox for Windows

Upgrading from an existing copy of Cardbox for Windows will get you a discount of at least 50%. In some cases (if you have a current support and upgrade subscription) you can upgrade for the cost of the postage alone.

You can pay for your upgrade online by credit/debit/charge card, securely, through our association with WorldPay. Alternatively, you can generate an invoice and use it to make payment by cheque or bank transfer.

To organise your upgrade, go to My Cardbox and enter the serial number of your current copy of Cardbox.

From Cardbox-Plus and Picture Cardbox

No discount is offered for users of these packages.

In many cases, the Home Edition is all you need. You can download it free of charge.

If you have too many records in some of your databases (the Home Edition limit is 10,000) or you need some of the Professional Editions, then you will have to purchase it. To do this, go to Buy Now!

Upgrading to the Professional Edition from the Home Edition

If you bought the Home Edition before 31 December 2011, you will get an upgrade discount equal to the Home Edition price. To upgrade, go to My Cardbox and enter the serial number of your current copy of Cardbox.

Increasing the number of users in the Professional Edition

Prices of upgrades from a single-user to a multi-user version of the Professional Edition, or of increases in the number of users, depend on the number of users you are adding to your existing licence. The price list has all the details, and My Cardbox can calculate prices for your specific Cardbox configuration and upgrade requirements.
