When the licence expires
When the month is up, we hope that you'll want to buy Cardbox. But even if you don't, your data will be safe. You won't be able to make changes but you will still be able to use Cardbox to view, search, print, or export data from any databases you have created.
If you don't get your licence
If you haven't received an email within an hour or so, one of two things may have happened:
- Your email system may have put our response into a Spam or Bulk Email folder. Look for email from an address within 'cardbox.com'.
- You may have mistyped or misspelt your email address. In that case we will have received an error message saying that the email address was invalid, but we will have had no idea how to correct it. This happens every day or so and it's equally frustrating for you and for us. Try making another request for a licence, just in case you did mistype your address the first time.
